HP Pavillion Notebook

This season starts off with a familiar topic with a new twist. It is back to school time, but we are going to look at a few of the things older students are going to need. First up is a versatile notebook that you can style your dorm room around. We are going to look at HPs Pavillion DV4170 Wide Screen Notebook. The first thing we noticed about this baby is the amazing display, very high resolution and ultra-bright! Great for not only your computing needs but also watching DVDs. With this in mind HP has included a remote and went with a higher quality built in speaker than your average notebook. Small in size but serves many functions, sure to be a hit with the University crowd this year.

HP Multi-function

Another great addition to a dorm room is HPs space saving PSC 2355 multi-function device. It prints, copies, scans, faxes like any multi-function should.This little guy also has an LCD display and all of the popular memory card slots, so this also become your own little photo studio! This little guy provides maximum bang for very little buck!

Vonage VOIP

Here is my favourite addition for the student dorm room, Vonage's Voice Over IP or VOIP Phone. What this means in a nutshell, is that I can purchase a Vonage phone adapter, with a local area code, that plugs into any high-speed internet device, no matter where I am in the world, and I can make local calls. I know, it sounds too good to be true, tune in and we will walk you through the magic that is VOIP.
