This week Steve looks at the HP Pavilion HDX – a high end notebook that doubles as your home computer and entertainment centre. Steve also shows you Symantec’s new Norton 360, an integrated solution to keep your computer happy and healthy. Plus we look at Clarion's DXZ475MP stereo, which allows you to play your iPod tunes through your car speakers.

Laptops

I have been researching laptops for months now and I just cant make a decission as to what is best for me.
I do a lot of photo editing but I am not a gamer so I am not sure which one is best for me. I like the faster processors and large, faster hard drives with graphics being very important. I have looked at the Apple, Toshiba, Dell and HP.

Do you have any suggestions as to which system I should be seriously looking at?

Thank you

Music Down loads

Today I was discussing the T tunes web site music downloads for 99 cents with someone. they stated that they go to a site ____??? __ and pay $20 in advance and download music for 15 cents a song ? They could not remember the name of he site.. ???? Sire Name ?? anyone .. also how secure is it???

Norton 360

I really enjoy the show and find it very informative. I caught the episode today on Norton 360 and there are 2 points that we're covered. I recently purchased Norton 360 and found out that it brough my pc, running XP, to a complete stop. After trying everything in the book I asked for a refund at which point I was offered Norton Internet Security instead. It has been running fine. The second point has to do with the Norton offsite backup capability. At first I thought this was fantastic - the answer to my dreams. But then, wait, I thought about backing up my files to a US-based server and who might have access to my files at Norton or the CIA! (not that I have any confidential materials but it's the principle). Just something to think about!
