Communication. It’s a pretty important skill.
As someone who communicates for a living, I’m always on the lookout for tools and tips that will streamline and simplify the process.
This free Chrome extension can take your communication game through the roof. Like a lot of great stories, my first encounter with ViewedIt happened on Facebook. I logged in to find a message from Mike Kawula, the social media marketing genius, and the guy behind Social Quant, sitting in my inbox. A short video was waiting for me. In it, Mike walked me through my Twitter account and shared some great, actionable tips to optimize growth.
It was brilliant!
The video was far more effective at communicating this sort of visual information than pretty much any other media.
At the bottom of the video, I noticed all the different sharing options. This video could be shared through Gmail, on social media or by embedding the link pretty much anywhere.
Naturally, my next stop was the ViewedIt website.
To download ViewedIt, just go over to their website and click the “get it now” button. A short, pain-free installation later, you are ready to go.
To start using it, click on the icon in your browser. From there, select record and you are ready to go. ViewedIt stores the video online through their website and gives you a variety of sharing options.
You can use it to record a quick message, make an explainer video or quickly answer questions from your team or clients.
Making Communication Easy
What would you rather do: write a long, complicated email or hit record and create an effortless short video?
Why not do it, with ViewedIt?
Until next time, have fun storming the castle!
